Policies
Change of Mind/Cancellations
If you would like to cancel our contract, I unfortunately cannot issue a full refund.
If you are unhappy with a portion of your project, please reach out and let's talk about it! I'm not in the business of leaving people unhappy. If we can't come to a resolution that everyone is satisfied with, your cancellation request will be reviewed based on time spent on the project and will be refunded accordingly.
Payment
All invoices must be paid within 15 days. Overdue invoices will incur a 2% monthly fee. Overdue invoices may result in future work being placed on hold until that invoice is paid.
A 50% deposit is required for all website design services, as well as logo & brand design services.
Social media management fees will be billed in advance.
Privacy
Your secrets are safe with me. In order to do my job properly, there must be a level of trust (that goes both ways). To be great at my job I have to know about portions of your business plan and, depending on what you're contracting me for, I may need to know your login details to your website or social platforms. Please know all of our conversations and work together are confidential.
If I need to consult with a third-party service (like a photographer, stylist, videographer, etc.) we may discuss aspects of your business so that they are able to complete the job appropriately.
